Kojo SRQ LLC is Hiring a Food Runner Near Sarasota, FL
Responsible for promptly delivering each course as it is prepared to the correct table and in order. The Food Runner facilitates collaboration between our kitchen and wait staff.
Responsibilities:
Following all instructions from kitchen management/expeditor.
Garnishing and preparing dishes for presentation as needed.
Communicate clearly any additional orders or needs the guests may have to cook staff or expeditor.
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately.
Act as a contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature).
Place and replace silverware as needed.
Remove guest dirty dishes and utensils, deliver to the kitchen for cleaning.
